All prices quoted are per vehicle.

Prices qoted are based on passengers being ready to travel at the time requested in their booking.

For alll pickups from the airport, waiting time is free for the first 1 hour, thereafter 20p per minute will apply. There is no additional charge for the flight delays or when a flight is cancelled by the airline.

All fare prices quoted are for point to point and any diversions / stop overs will be charged at a minimum additional cost of £5.00 to the quoted fare.

Cash payments are to be made to the driver in GB sterling pounds.

Saloon and Estate cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers.

MPVs (Multi Purpose Vehicles) are insured for maximum of 8 Passengers.

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger service due to the passenger having excess luggage which could result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.

Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage.

To avoid incurring cancellation charges, cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to your confirmed pick up time.

We monitor flight arrivals for flight delays. If a flight is delayed we then send the driver in to the arrivals hall 20 mins after the plane has landed.

Payment options

Cash to the Driver secured with a card

What this means, after completing your online booking form we will need to take your card details at some point before commencement of your journey as security, you pay cash to the driver after completing your journey. You may cancel at any time up to 12 hours prior to your pick up time without charge, if you fail to cancel with in 12 hours of pick up or do not show for your pick up we charge your card for the journey. We do not charge in the case of delayed or cancelled flights by the airline.

If you wish us to contact you for the card details please advise a telephone number and we will call you or you can call us at the booking office.
If you wish to advise card details by email, for added security please send your card details  in 2 separate emails to reservations@heathrow-transfers.co.uk In the first email please advise name as written on the card and card number, in second email card start date, expiry date and the last 3 digit security number on the signature strip.

Pay online with Card / Paypal

By choosing this option you are directed to the PayPal secure site , you may then used your preferred card to make payment (you do not require a PayPal account to use this service) or your PayPal account if you have one. PayPal is probably the most secure payment site on the internet. You immediately receive a receipt from PayPal for the payment and you are fully protected by PayPals payment policy. We also immediately receive notification from PayPal that you have paid for your journey. We then confirm your reservation as paid in full to your advised email.

This is our preferred payment method as both customer and merchant enjoy the full protection of PayPals payment protection policies.

Card by Phone

If you choose this option please be aware there is an additional £2.50 card processing fee for credit cards and £1.00 for debit cards. With this option, after making your booking online you call us with your card details or you request we call you.

Why we operate these policies

Prior to adopting these policies we experience an increasing amount of no shows where passengers had made alternate travel arrangements and failed to cancel their bookings. We would dispatch cars to the airports or address to wait in vane for non show passengers wasting driver’s time and money. As you will note we are licensed by the Public Carriage Office (License No 3991) meaning we have to adhere to strict standards of service, honesty and integrity.
